Under this banner, the Petrisberg Development Organization (EGP) will develop the Petrisberg site as the location of the State Garden Show Trier 2004 and the Science and Technology Park in cooperation with the City of Trier and the State of Rhineland-Palatinate. An attractive office and service industry quarter as well as a residential area will be constructed amidst greenery, between vineyards and the newly established expanse of the State Garden Show.
